Hello!
I am Gary Loveridge and Cavendish Management Development is my business. I am a professional trainer and facilitator, with over 15 years' experience of working with ambitious people in a whole variety of different organisations. I am a Chartered Management Accountant, but most people I meet forgive me for that! My days as an accountant are really long behind me; these days, I spend my time helping others to develop their management skills and maximise their own potential.
I am fortunate to have had lots of practical experience of working with or for some of the best organisations in the UK and elsewhere. I spent over 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the world's leading professional services organisations and I continue to work on programmes aimed at developing their people today. I have worked with multi-national companies, 'blue-chip' private sector firms and a wide range of public sector bodies too.
